I help women rediscover their spark, trust their inner compass, and build a life they love.

I work with women who feel stuck, lost, or disconnected to find themselves again and create a life that feels like them - free from “shoulds,” societal timelines, and other people’s expectations.

 

I believe it’s never too late to reconnect with your true self and step boldly into the life you were truly meant for.

Trust me, I’ve been there! I've felt lost, unsure, and disconnected from what really makes me happy. But I also know it’s possible to find your way back and step into a life that feels fully yours.

3-Month Clarity & Momentum Package

This programme is perfect for women who want to move from feeling lost, overwhelmed, or unsure about their next steps, to creating momentum and seeing tangible progress in just 3 months.

   What’s included:

  • 6 fortnightly or 12 weekly 1:1 coaching sessions

  • Extended Progress Check session halfway through

  • Weekly WhatsApp check-ins

  • Access to your very own coaching platform tailored to you to support you along the way with resources & exercises. You'll also have free access to this for 6 months post package. 

  • DISC assessment + personalised debrief. 

  • Optional discounted Aftercare Session

  • Tailored to you and meets you where you're currently at in life

1:1 Coaching (Ongoing)

Rolling 1:1 coaching gives you personalised, ongoing support at your pace — for life changes, big goals, or simply a safe space to process it all. Ideal for clarity, accountability, or continued momentum after my structured package.

   Pricing:

  • £70 per 60-minute session

  • £100 for the initial 90-minute session

  • Discounts available for students & blue light workers

     What's included:

  • 1:1 sessions scheduled at your pace (ideally every 2 weeks, max 1 month apart)

  • x1 initial 90-minute session for goal setting and clarity

  • WhatsApp support between sessions

  • Access to your very own coaching platform tailored to you to support you along the way with resources & exercises. You'll also have free access to this for 6 months post package. 

  • Optional DISC assessment + personalised debrief (£75)

Once you’re ready to begin, you’ll get a welcome email, coaching agreement, and short questionnaire to help clarify your goals. Then we’ll book your first session and get started!

I work with women who want to feel more confident, focused, and aligned with their goals. Whether you feel lost, want to reconnect with yourself, or know what you want but need support getting there, coaching can help you move forward.

Who is coaching for?

It’s flexible! Some clients notice meaningful shifts in just one session, while others prefer a series of sessions to embed lasting change. We’ll tailor the pace to your goals and lifestyle.

How long does it take to see results?

Most clients start with weekly or fortnightly sessions as this can support accountability, but we can adjust based on your schedule, goals, and how much support you want.

How often will we meet for coaching sessions?

Between sessions, you may set small goals, try out practical exercises, or complete reflections to help embed new insights. The more you engage and apply what we explore together, the more meaningful progress you’ll see

Do I need to do anything outside of sessions?

A free Clarity & Connection Call is the best way to explore whether coaching feels right for you. It’s a relaxed, no-pressure chat where we discuss your goals and see if we’re a good fit.
